The room was clean, and it had central heating, tea/coffee making equipment, and a TV that where useful. And it was facing garden. The location was marvellous and fantastic in the pretty quiet area.
There were uncomfortable beds.

Location just a short walk from major attractions. Quiet street ambiance.
Large ceiling stain from a water leak. Digital lock on the entrance requires quick input before timing out. Curtains are thin, allowing light to creep in at dawn.

Very clean and tidy accommodations.
Unfortunately, my stay had some challenges. The bed in my room was quite hard. The lack of breakfast options was disappointing, and I felt that parking details were not adequately communicated prior to my arrival. I also noticed some noise from outside, made it hard to rest at times.

It was just a commendable fit for a fleeting pause in Blackpool with extraordinarily good value for money. The owner was very helpful when I needed assistance late at night. Consider using the parking option as it saved me a lot of time looking for a space.

The Double Room with Private Bathroom was really nice and cozy! Super clean, comfy bed, and had hot and cold running water. The owners were helpful and sorted a TV issue quickly. Just a bit noisy outside at night, but overall great value for the price. Definitely looking to come back here!
